I am a very experienced telemarketer and I have worked for many telemarketing companies in my time. I personally believe that Toucan has been the best telemarketing company I have worked for and a company who treats their staff very well. I believe it is very important for an employee to be happy in their job as this energy is portrayed over the telephone. There is no doubt, I was always very happy. In my view, its a warm friendly company that provides quality appointments/leads. Paula (the owner) is very experienced in her role and its easy to see that she works very hard and treats her clients with the greatest respect.
